Christopher Rose

Chris served as President of Brunsfield America, the U.S. subsidiary of Brunsfield International Group headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 2019 to 2020, following five years as Executive Vice President. He oversaw U.S. operations and global investments in real estate. Chris also led strategic planning and partnerships for a 380,000-acre city-scale development project in Malaysia. Before joining Brunsfield, Chris spent 27 years with Marriott International, where he rose to Senior Vice President. He was responsible for developing Marriott’s full-service and luxury brands across the western United States. Earlier in his Marriott career, Chris was responsible for the development of select-service brands throughout the Southwest and held roles in market planning & feasibility and corporate tax. Chris holds an M.S. in Hospitality and Tourism with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
