R. Todd Constable, PhD

Dr. Constable is the Director of MRI research in the Yale Magnetic Resonance Research Center and a Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, & Neurosurgery at Yale University where he has worked for the past 31 years. He received his PhD in Medical Biophysics from the University of Toronto, M.S. in Medical Physics from the University of Manitoba, and B.S. in Physics from the University of Winnipeg. Todd holds eleven patents related to the development of improved magnetic resonance image systems, acquisition strategies, and image reconstruction. He has over 310 peer reviewed publications related to the development and application of new MRI methods. He is a Fellow of the International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and the American College of Radiology.
