Suresh Marpu

Suresh Marpu is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, and Company Secretary, serving as a Practising Company Secretary and former Chairman of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Visakhapatnam Chapter (2020–21). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University and professional fellowships from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, along with certification as an Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. Over his career, Suresh has advised more than 100 institutions, worked with both the Government of India and the Government of Andhra Pradesh on nationally significant projects. His expertise spans corporate governance, taxation, financial planning, and legal compliance, and he currently holds directorships in companies including Chhattisgarh Steel & Power Limited, Srinivasa Ferro Alloys Ltd, and Gaudium IVF and Woman Health Limited.
